PETS Pets are welcome with prior approval. Applicable pet fees and pet rules should be reviewed before booking. HOUSE RULES Smoking, vaping and marijuana use are not permitted inside the home and will result in a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the full security deposit and standard cleaning fee. Parties and events are not allowed, and the number of guests at the property or on the deck may not exceed the approved reservation occupancy. EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECKOUT Early check-in or late checkout may be available depending on the cleaning schedule.
