This home was perfect for my family’s recent stay. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient and it’s in a great location of KC. There is a nice, shady park across from the house as well. I will definitely stay at this home on my next visit.

This home is just as advertised. Lovely and clean in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. There’s a small dog park across the street that was perfect for our Pomeranian. Grocery stores, shopping and restaurants are all nearby as well. Highways and main roads are easily accessible. Great area with a lot of entertainment options. We hope the rental is available the next time we are in town.

I had a great stay overall. The place was very nice, clean, and felt comfortable and welcoming like a home away from home. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I did have an issue with the washer, but they handled it quickly and had it fixed the same day, which i really appreciated. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. Unfortunately, my vehicle was broken into during the trip, but honestly that can happen anywhere and was not a reflection of the host or the property. Overall, i really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the hospitality.

I was in town for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. This location was perfect. It was close to everything in the area just as restaurants, coffee shops, and local activities. It was comfortable for four people so I everyone could have their own space but also big enough to hang out in the family area. It was very nice, just like the pictures. I would surely stay again if back in the area. The host was very nice and responsive.

Diana was great and so was the AirBnB. It is in a very walkable area, only about 5 minutes away from the Street Car and 10 minutes away from Westport. We never had to drive once while we visited KC. The house was very spacious and comfortable as well. I highly recommend.

Loved my stay, he felt like home. Easy to access and a lot to do in the area. Huge refrigerator! I felt in love with the bathroom. Sure quiet and good neighborhood.

We loved this historic house and it’s close proximity to local attractions. It’s a short drive to Union Station and the WWI museum and we were able to walk to the art museum. The home has comfortable beds, a large dining table, and a great master bathroom. Highly recommended for groups and families

This is Rizalina’s husband. I stayed for a month and a half while on a work assignment in KC over the late fall/early winter. Cathrine’s place was absolutely great and so ideal for me. I work at night, so had to sleep in the daytime. The place is so peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood is so quant and charming. Such a gorgeous historical neighborhood. It’s right next to a spacious park with walking trails and lots of mature oak trees. The neighbors were friendly. I always felt safe. The place had everything I needed, especially the kitchen for cooking. The heater ran great and the shower was always nice and hot. During the first snow storm, I had to take the city bus. The place is about a block from the bus stop. It’s also close to local shops and cool dinning spots. It’s also easy to get to the I-35 Freeway if you need to travel somewhere. If the weather was pleasant, some evenings I would sit on the front porch and watch people walking their dogs and the moon rising over the trees.
