Stay Where You Belong

This is a great little place in a quiet little suburb outside of Kansas City. It has been thoughtfully redone everything is clean and new. I personally chose this place because my dogs were welcomed and they enjoyed it as much as I did . We were instantly right at home and the host is extremely responsive.

Host was exceptional in meetings needs and responding. Great wine store at the end of the street. Grocery very short drive. Lots of walkable restaurants. Home was cozy and comfortable.

Our stay with the Highlands was awesome.!The property was just as described on a quiet street in a great area. The layout was beautiful. It had a Boho Chic Bohemian style. It came with every single appliance or kitchen item that you will need to feel right at home down to an air fryer, blender, Keurig you name; it was there! Beautifully decorated with very comfy beds. The hosts were tremendous! They always responding immediately, and made us feel at home. Thank you for an incredible stay! The hospitality was 10/10!

I stayed at this Highlands property for ~3 months in 2024. Highly recommend both this property and working with Highlands as a host. Communication was fast and helpful and the property was clean, in good order, stylish, and spacious. I especially appreciated the large kitchen during the extended stay and the ability to work remotely (desk, wifi, good lighting). The street is quiet and peaceful but still within walking distance to restaurants, coffee, etc. Thank you for sharing this terrific property! If in the area again, I will certainly look to book with you in the future!

It was a great house!!! It had even the little things that you don’t always think about (TP, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc). Loved all the extra space that it gave us because a family of 5 struggles with hotel rooms!!

Great place to stay. Comfortable and Clean. Quiet area and was able to park in the street directly in front of the entrance. (Bathroom floor was slick in socks, may be brand new tile.)

Really liked the area the home was located, in a nice a neighborhood. The home was also near several places to chose to eat, and things to do. Commute to downtown Kansas City was not too far.

Amazing house!!! Booked ABNB for Chiefs game. Within walking distance. Spotless house. They provided everything you need. They accommodated early check in. Very responsive. Everything you could ask for in a host. We wil book again for Royals game next year!

This was a comfortable space, where some effort was clearly put in to provide a good place to stay. While it was advertised as two bedrooms with a dedicated workspace, it is actually three bedrooms, with a simple desk in one of them. They’re still working out some tiny quirks, but they didn’t get in the way of it being a good stay, and I think they’ll have everything worked out soon.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! Visiting family for a month, it was nice to come back to our own place and relax after going out. And this stay felt like a second home to us! Everything was very comfortable. The Host was also very responsive, and when we had an issue with the thermostat late at night (batteries went flat) they sent a worker the next day to fix it! This place was close enough to stores and restaurants that we didnt have issues when we wanted a lazy day, but far enough away that it was still quiet and peacefull. Would definitely stay again for future visits.
